The Karnataka Milk Federation has been supplying Milk and Milk Products under the Brand “Nandini” to its consumers across the state of Karnataka at reasonable prices from the past 40 years. The “Nandini” being the favourite brand and choice of the consumers in Karnataka and in other states, by offering various Quality assured products and extending various contributions to its consumers from time to time

For this Independence day & Gowri Ganesha Festival on 15.08.2020 KMF introduced various Dhamka offers to the consumers of Karnataka.

To provide quality assured products to the consumers Kolar Co-Operative Milk Producers Union Ltd  has established  the following and below are inaugurated on 15.08.2020.

1.      Newly constructed Cold storage Room at Kalyan Nagar

2.      Newly constructed Cold Storage Room and Nandini Parlour at Channasandra.

3.      2 nos. vehicles of “Nandini on wheels”

New Schemes extended to the consumers from KMF are as follows:

Scheme 1

KMF is celebrating “Nandini Sihi Utsava” since 4 years and this year on the occasion of independence day and gowri ganesha festival KMF is implementing  Sihi Utsava from 15-8-2020 to 30-8-2020 across the Karnataka state by offering 10% discount directly to consumers on MRP on all Nandini sweets.  In this period consumers can avail 10% offer on all Nandini sweets range in all nandini parlour, outlets, and supermarkets across Karnataka.

Scheme 2

During covid-19 period, KMF offered 100 gms of Nandini cheese slice (Rs.75) free on purchase of 200 gms of Nandini Paneer (Rs.80) to its consumers.

As a result of good response from the consumers and on their request, KMF is again offering 100grams of Nandini Cheese slice free on purchase of 200 gms of Nandini paneer from 15-8-2020 until stocks available. Today the Hon’ble Chairman, KMF has inaugurated this scheme.

Now during Covid-19, as consumers has to celebrate Independence day & Gowri - Ganesha festival at home, KMF has offered the following products by reducing the MRPs

1. Nandini Ghee price reduced from Rs. 490/- to 450 /- per ltr.  

2. Nandini Butter price reduced from Rs. 460/- to 390 /- per kg. 

3. Nandini Skimmed Milk Powder price reduced from Rs.295/- to 245/- per kg.

4. Nandini Dairy Whitener price reduced from Rs.285/- to 235/- per kg.

Scheme 4 : Newly launched products:

      A new variety of Nandini Kesar kulfi Ice cream at Rs.10/-  and 1 kg of Nandini Ghee  in tin at Rs.450/- is launched/released to the market.

Scheme 5 : Special Programmes:

1.      Flag hosted by Hon’ble Chairman KMF for Ghee container vehicle supplying ghee to Sri Ram Mandir, Ayodhya for lightening of Akhanda Jyothi which is built at Sri Ram Mandir & the foundation stone was laid by Hon’ble Prime Minister on 05-8-2020. Nandini ghee is used for making Raguhpathi Laddu the prasada issued by Shri Maha Meer Mandir trust situated next to Rama Janma Bhoomi.

2.      Flag hosted by Hon’ble Chairman KMF for the SMP container vehicle carrying 50 MTs of Skimmed Milk Powder to Afghanistan as direct export from KMF. 300 MT ton Nandini skimmed milk powder will also be exported to Bangladesh.

Schemes 6 : Inauguration of new Nandini Parlours at Residential apartments

Inaugurated “Nandini Café moo mini”, milk & milk product outlets at 2 prestigious apartments of Bangalore i.e Elan Homes, Sarjapura Main road & Divyashree Republic of Whitefield from Kolar Milk Union. Released the Mobile App “ Namma nandini”  for the benefit of residents of apartments to buy the desired nandini milk & milk products  & to get door delivery from the Kiosk set up in their apartment premises.

Scheme 7 : New Products to be launched in future

The Hon’ble Chairman, KMF  has informed  that On Considering the interest and demand of consumers, 5 varieties of bakery items i.e Multigrain bread, Pizza base for Home baking, Cheese garlic bread, Specality Cookies, Cakes are prepared by  using Nandini Paneer,  Nandini Cheese, Nandini Milk and nandini Ghee.

Ready to eat frozen products like Cheese Fingers, Cheese Samosa, Cheese/Paneer Spring Roll, Paneer Samosa, Cheese balls etc are prepared by Using Nandini Paneer and Nandini Cheese will be shortly launched to the market under the brand “Nandini”.
